These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") outline the promises and guidelines for using the website and services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by SAMURAI LABEL and our music research institute and academy, NEO MUSIC ARRANGEMENT (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Us"). We have created these Terms to ensure a safe, warm, and harmonious environment for everyone. By using the Service, we kindly ask all users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") to read and understand these guidelines.
Article 1 (Introduction)
These Terms apply to all relationships and interactions between the Users and Us regarding the use of the Service.
Article 2 (Purchasing Products and Returns/Exchanges)
1. When you wish to purchase our works (such as CDs, books, etc.), please apply using the methods we provide.
2. If, by any chance, a product you receive is defective or different from what you ordered, we will take full responsibility and sincerely assist you with a return or exchange.
3. We respectfully ask for your understanding that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons (e.g., "it wasn't what I expected" or "I ordered the wrong item"). Please consider your purchases carefully.
4. Returns or exchanges due to our error are accepted once per product. We kindly ask that you notify us within [7] days of receiving the item.
Article 3 (NEO MUSIC ARRANGEMENT [Music Academy] Lesson Reservations and Changes)
Regarding lessons at our music research institute and academy, NEO MUSIC ARRANGEMENT, we kindly ask for the following:
1. If you need to change the date or time after your lesson is confirmed, please contact us at least 72 hours before the lesson starts. Within this timeframe, we will gladly reschedule your lesson without any additional fees.
2. For cancellations or changes made less than 72 hours before the lesson starts, we cannot offer refunds for any reason, as this affects the schedule for other students. The same applies to no-shows. We deeply appreciate your understanding.
3. If a lesson cannot be held due to our circumstances or natural disasters, we will responsibly offer a rescheduled lesson or a full refund.
Article 4 (Copyright and Our Precious Works)
1. All content on this Service and website (music, text, images, designs, etc.) is a precious asset filled with the prayers and collective dedication of SAMURAI LABEL. The copyright and other intellectual property rights belong to Us or the legitimate right holders.
2. We kindly request that you do not copy, reproduce, modify, or use these materials for commercial purposes without our prior permission.
Article 5 (Our Promises and Prohibited Actions)
To protect this "big family home" where everyone can feel safe, we ask that you refrain from the following actions when using the Service:
• Actions that violate laws or public morals.
• Actions that may disrupt the operation or harmony of the Service.
• Actions that hurt, disadvantage, or cause discomfort to other Users or third parties.
• Any other actions that we deem inappropriate for the spirit of this community.
Article 6 (Our Responsibilities and Limitations)

2. If a User suffers damages in connection with the Service due to our negligence (excluding gross negligence), we will sincerely respond and take responsibility within the scope of direct and ordinary damages actually incurred.
